I was feeling a bit antsy and there wasn't a thread yet at 22 past midnight.

Have a great day everyone. May you and the animals of the DT who like sunbathing get some sun.

The only time I'm thankful for a bus, when they have the heater on ๐Ÿ™Œ

I can almost feel my fingers again. Shame on me for losing ONE of my gloves at a pub. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

[โ€“] dumblederp@aussie.zone 4 points 11 months ago

The pub might've found it, give them a call.

Out and about for work today in the hills, beautiful sun, with a colleague, STILL feel completely brain dead... I hate this feeling

ffs, heater has come up with an F1 error and won't switch on. argh, it does not like it when the temp is below 7 ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„

It might be a dirty filter problem.

Not sure what sort of heater you have but if the filter is clean holding the power button for about 10 seconds or so might be able to reset the error code.

I'm having trouble trying to google search this, but is there a name for the type of movement of an animal that can walk on all fours, but also use their front/forearms to climb.

Like monkeys and koalas for instance.

I feel like quadruped isn't correct.

Thanks for making the post. I saw there wasn't one at about 10 past, but I don't want my notifications going off all day so left it

In other news, YIL (Yesterday I learned) there's a remind me bot here. Technically it's on Mastodon, but it works here through federation: https://aussie.zone/comment/10817925

So the DT's general concensus is to grab a Bosch [washing machine]. This is the cheapest Bosch from a reputable-looking vendor that I can find.

Will order later today for a delivery hopefully some time next week.

That's the one I have! It's ace

I've managed to get a couple of sales on my items which is good news. Apparently eBay now hold the money until after the item is delivered if you are an infrequent seller - I approve in general as an anti-scamming measure, but it is annoying to have to pay the postage up front before you have the payment. Fortunately it was not a high postage cost.

@just_kitten - My wife passed her exam too thanks to Rowan.

On another note, TIL that the smooth stop Rowan taught me in the first hour is called the Limousine Stop.
