There are self-sustaining wild populations of capybaras in Florida now, is my understanding
Ya but the whole of Florida is a zoo.
Clearly if the only US Capys are in zoos, we need some dedicated Florida men and women to start releasing them into the wild.
I would genuinely be curious how that would go. Would they be killed out, or would they adapt and thrive?
