Fuck John McEntee and anyone who had anything to do with project 2025

Insane how we're forced to be distracted with news media focusing on lies about immigrants eating pets instead of hammering Republicans about project 2025.

They are 100% full steam ahead, end running on all fronts relentlessly as we speak.

If Harris wins, is Project 2025 sidelined?

[-] Sterile_Technique@lemmy.world 22 points 1 month ago

It becomes project 2029, but hopefully the voters sober up by then enough that it won't be a huge concern.

Hopefully the loopholes of executive power that enabled that crackpot plan will be closed up by then...

Yeah I know, a lot to ask for.

One of the things they already did is build a database of people who can be stuck into appointed roles as sycophants. The people behind Project 2025 have said that database is useful regardless of Trump winning or not.

I blacked out in my hallway due to blood loss,” she says in the video. “I developed a heart condition called AFib. It means my heart doesn’t work right anymore, and it fucks up. So, if I get too excited, too hot, too much in pain, too traumatized, if somebody yells at me too much, my heart fucks up. So, I have to regulate for my heart to keep active, otherwise, I could have a heart attack and die. I have to deal with these side effects for the rest of my life because of abortion laws

Even if you want to ban abortion generally, you can make clear exceptions that avoid situations like this. They know that and chose not to. The cruelty is the point.

As a contrast, I live in a state where you can still get an abortion. My MAGA friend had an ectopic pregnancy a few weeks ago and instantly had it aborted.

This really shows how it should be a safe legal choice for everyone, including those who think it wrong. Since you can think its wrong and still need it. Even if its a choice you regret later you should be able to make that choice. Everyone should read this at least once

The worst part? Next the adviser will say these are just made up stories and demand "real proof" with the unclear definition steadily getting unreasonably harder and harder to meet.
