I'm looking for some industrial/electro-industrial with a "warm" sound to it... basically something like Boards of Canada but with more rhythmic and harsh percussion. Can anyone here recommend something that might fit?

I was just listening to a few tracks from Lead Into Gold, which is Paul Barker’s latest gig. Smooth stuff with those drums you want.

Oooh I haven't listened to Lead Into Gold in a while and you're right, it's pretty close to what I'm looking for. Thanks for the reminder!

Thanks! I'm already familiar with HTDA but I haven't listened to any Kidneythieves yet so I'll check that out.
