Decided to support, like with the reddit version.

But what else can us simple users do to help development?

You can report bugs. But honestly, the best thing you can do is to use and drive attention to lemmy. Post things, comment, drive engagement. If more people use lemmy, the more successful Boost For Lemmy will be.

The "bug reports" on here are often worse than not reporting anything. Please read how a proper bug report works before posting.
