Mine currently tells me it's 2 hours away from changing to the new one (982 presumably), where as people are posting 980 from 9 hours ago. Is the time zone based on the local time zone (I'm about 2 hours from midnight here)? That's annoying, I'll never be in the same time zone as others!

I'm in New Zealand, we just went into daylight savings time as we head towards summer so I believe we are UTC+13 now.
