That's because the opposition of the drug legalization is having world's biggest drug festival in Munich right now.

And also because hopefully people just laugh when Bavaria of all drug-guzzling states wanted to block it.

I'm glad that Germany is doing this. Marijuana is better for you than tobacco and no worse than alcohol, people should have the legal ability to decide whether or not they want to use it.
