The warning came after Israeli forces hit positions of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), injuring peacekeepers.

No, see, the ambulances are carrying males between ages 0-99. That makes them enemy combatants.

Considering the US is cool with Israel attacking even US navy vessels in international water, I'd say that it's going to be a "no"
