I heard you might enjoy this Borodinsky Bread I made. It's my first attempt at bread making and I know I messed on multiple steps including adding probably too much ground black caraway. But it is still satisfying having a giant loaf to call my own.

Looks great! I think I have that same cooling rack which is fun cause the internet is a big place. I hope you enjoyed making it and eating it!

You are braver than I am. I've been too scared to branch out of my comfort bread recipe lately which is just a 2.5 hour white sandwich loaf. I aspire to bake something cool like that when I make the time some day. The routine gets easier though, if you do it more often your brain gets better at building it into your day.
