What if Reddit decides to start it's own Lemmy instance and federate with all other instances? Should those instances federate or not in your opinion? (feddit.nl)

Much like Meta has decided to join the fediverse, Reddit could also decide to setup it's own instance(s) and federate with the existing Lemmy instances.

What is your opinion about that? Should your instance block a Reddit instance? Or would you welcome it?

Reddit's recent actions show that federating is the exact opposite of how they want to run their site, so I don't see this happening any time soon.
