"per my last email" = you've critically failed your reading comprehension check and I'm real tired of holding your hand on this, which is why I've cc'd your supervisor.
I'd point out it's a little late for that, but I guess it's one of the two missed deadlines.
One size fits most is what hit me the most.
I think for accuracy they'll soon have to change that to "one size fits many"
