As some of you may already know, an ever increasing number of ISPs are blocking the use of public VPN IP addresses on their networks. Based upon my personal experience, It appears that Verizon FiOS has now joined the fray by blocking the use of some Mullvad VPN public IP addresses. Mullvad doesn't offer dedicated IP addresses to their customers. Thus, torrenting with Mullvad VPN public IP addresses is becoming a lot less usable. Mullvad VPN public IP addresses are still usable with ISPs that block their usage, but only by employing their SOCKS5 proxy features. The problem is that seeding with a SOCKS5 proxy is virtually impossible without a dedicated IP address. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other way to work around that issue.
