Tomas Rosicky and Per Mertesacker are the two names mentioned.

Per seems like a natural choice given the fantastic job he's done with our academy. Tomas seems a bit more of an unknown, but apparently talks with him are already underway.

I suspect they are planning to move Per up from the Academy, and then recruit Tomas to fill that Academy position.
