Sorry I haven’t used that mod but from the description I’d expect it’s built much like shelves and other “complex furniture”.
Can you show what the architect view shows for furniture options? What does your research tree show, maybe you’re missing another prerequisite?
It's tucked away under 'Furniture'
For some reason searching 'armor' or 'rack' in the Architect search didn't work.
