WTF are the x-axis units and why is SpaceX lumped together but everything else is individualized

Yeah, for some reason they separated all the Long Marches but lumped together Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Starship.

The x-axis is the number of individual launches, which they seem to have truncated at 15. No rocket could possibly launch more frequently than that, right?
