I guess the title might be a little too vague.

In Poland we have a multisport card: https://www.benefitsystems.pl/en/for-you/multisport/

This is basically a card that allows you to enter most of the sports facilities. Is there anything like this in France? I'm mainly interested at gyms and climbing gyms, or bouldering places.

Context: I'll be studying in Lille for the Fall semester and want to keep training at the cheapest :)

I am not aware of something similar existing at a national scale, however you might have something like that at a municipal level (Lille). Maybe contact your embassy so they will facilitate communication with city hall ? Also, as a student you might have access to university’s infrastructure and they often offer various sport / gym.

There might be initiatives at your university to have discounts for sport activities. Which university of Lille will you study at?
