Trickle down economics
Downvote this stupid shit and move on. If this is not about organizing or taking action, it does not belong here.
Parody?
Fake and stupid outrage bait
Genuinely surprised to see these comments. I really thought lemmy would eat this particular onion. Thank god for some sanity!
Fake
maybe they have three million employees and they’re spreading a large portion of the sales evenly
Potential fakness aside.
There is a daily fruitbowl on every floor of my work building. Always fresh and a mix of options.
I am not aware of any limits on taking them.
We work non-profit and have to do many things on a very tight budget. I am pretty sure the fruit doesn't make a dent compared with the print ink bill.
Work Reform
A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.
