They didn't occupy Parliament, or even the building Parliament is in. They were outside the confederation building. It's just offices and they were quickly arrested.

TBF, it looks like they were at least in the lobby of Confed, rather than just outside the building. They were removed and protested outside, and 14 arrests were made (all unconditionally released).

Agreed the way it's phrased is a little disingenuous. But Confed is where a bunch of MP offices are, so it makes sense over trying to occupy the House of Commons or something.

Huge respect to these people for raising their voices. The fact that there are Jews who feel strongly enough to do stuff like this does a lot to counter the narrative that only antisemites oppose the genocide in Gaza.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.


Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.


9. No link shorteners.
