Yes, but… speaking from experience, it is definitely possible to overdo it on that angle. The psychological impacts of heavy long term use are… shall we say, unsubtle, but at the same time, REALLY hard to admit and see for yourself if you’re in the throes of it.
Moderation and T-breaks are frankly pretty crucial.
I've been California sober for a year and I feel much better, I do miss drinking sometimes tho.
But can you drink and breath?
Fun fact: amphibians can't breath while eating or drinking because they lack the "wall" between mouth and nose. They can touch the nose with their tongue from the inside. I'm not sure about reptiles
