Godspeed Voyager probes. In my mind, these are one of the seven wonders of the modern world.

I remain fascinated by these 2 plucky adventurers and became attached to them. I was 7 when they launched and watched updates on John Cravens Newsround (news program for kids) and then also through school, College, University and professional life. Aged mid 50s, they feel like one of us out there.

The probes are running out of fuel, so they're not going to have enough energy to keep operating their systems for much longer.
