I have been using some brands for decades (e.g. Paula's choice) but would rather shop local. Does anyone have any favorite Canadian skincare brands they'd recommend?

Three Ships is out of Toronto https://www.threeshipsbeauty.com/

There's also Birch Babe and Attitude.

I've tried The Ordinary/Deciem but their formulas are pretty basic the last time I checked.

They do more combos now but I prefer the serum by serum approach. Great stuff and very reasonably priced I find. The little bottles last a long time. Hot tip if you want to try them on sale: they do 40% off on everything ALL November. Every single year. They also have a different gift every week they throw in for free in each order.

I track what I use throughout the year and buy all every November. And also get some new stuff to try. It’s practically free this way.

I'd be curious too

If helpful, this is a Canadian resource that I use when picking products because their recommendations criteria aligns with what I want (might not be the case for everyone)

The two brands I looked up so far were not Canadian, but I'd be curious about which ones are

Has anyone tried Marcelle or Neostrata skincare?

We had previously purchased body shop stuff, and they are UK based, so that's not a bad choice if you like their products, but Canadian would be better.

Thanks! UK works for me

I’ve only purchased their hair products, so I can’t speak about their skincare, but Cocoon Apothecary is based in Ontario.
