For me I seed everything I torrent, prefer public trackers when possible for the average user, try to upload to archive.org, and sometimes use soulseek.

I only share bits of it as needed. Not coz I want it for myself, it just takes effort and not many would care. And I don't want to litter archive.org with hundreds of gigabytes of obscure shit until it's actually wiped off the internet.
