Showing absolutely no restraint in episode one, I see.

Mr. Ring-a-Ding, described in the article as, "a happy, funny, singalong cartoon who lives in Sunny Town with his friend Sunshine Sally." He is a cartoon person in a tuxedo, appearing from behind a Vaudeville-style red curtain.
