Have to wonder if the DNR authorities have a plan or anything for evacuation of civilians. If there's a way to get them out of the line of fire.
This probalby caught them by surprise, since this is purely nazi style revenge attack, no one even remotely sane or remotely non evil would use scarce weapons to do this kind of senseless attack.
Also everyone in Donetsk have been on the front lines since 2014 since ukronazis regularily did terror attacks against civilians. This time, DNR might be relived since the nazis were finally pushed back. Too soon, it appeared.
