A chamois is normal in cycling pants, and even underwear keeps things somewhat in-place.

Good on them. I've done this a couple of times. They spend a lot of time stopping to pose for group photos, which isn't really my thing.

But it's raising awareness for a good cause

Such a funny breed that do this. There is never a hardcore roadie in the group and I always check. I can even tell based on helmets alone.
