Looking for a Content Management System (Not WordPress due to our internal policies) that supports O365 user authentication. Any suggestions perhaps? First hand experiences?

You could see about DotNetNuke (DNN). I think you have to pay for the premium versions to get the O365 with.

You can use OAuth with any privider including O365 and any CMS that supports OIDC/OAuth
