Instead of 100 seeders all have the whole copy of the torrent would it be possible to make an algorithm with the option for a seeder to have only 10% of the data to save disc space?

I would love to help seeding but don't want to buy disks for saving all the data. The speed should be the same as long as you have enough seeders to make statistical averages.
