Shift your frame of reference from caring about losing to caring about improving. If you care about improving, both losing and winning are data points to further help you improve, and then suddenly there's no negative result. It's simple but making that shift was a really healthy change in perspective imo
I see every game as a learning experience and a challenge. I enjoy games because I want to perfect my abilities. So treating every game as a learning experience is fun.
