Really anything, but skateboarding is my favorite if I had to pick one that brings me the most peace
Any type of gym + cardio or I'll go back into the depths of hell that are very hard to crawl back out of.
If I don't run 5k at least three times a week I start to feel really bad with life in general, so that.
Running really do be like that. Hated it for 3 months then felt depressed if I didn't do it
Honestly, walking. If I wasn’t able to get outside for a walk and zone out for a bit every day, I think I would go crazy.
Bouldering if that counts. If not, then incline dumbell bench press. It's definitely my favorite exercise, probably followed by pullovers or flat dumbbell bench.
My mental health also depends on you doing squats every Monday.
Running most days 1-3 miles, and doing pull-ups.
planking/push-ups, and some curls.. just a little bit every day or so.. but i've kept at it pretty well for a couple of years now and it's really paying off both physically and mentally..
