Any other countries people would like to see added?

Wonderful idea. Love that you've figured out how to pay for it right off the bat.

Several suggestions:

  • Add Australia as a country
  • Add System76 as a supplier
  • Add Operating System as a filter
  • Add a way to highlight differences
  • Add a way to export the data into a spreadsheet

Instead of looking up Amazon prices or works be nice to use price comparisons such as Geizhals or idealo. But these are very different depending on the region you're looking in.

Geizhals has very new nice filters already so you don't need this tool at all. Other regions might be different.

I spent a while when choosing a laptop a while back trying to compare based on how many watt-hours the battery could provide, so I think that that's a useful metric, but I don't know how easy it's going to be to mechanically dig that up for all the laptops out there.

Where have you been all my life?

This is exactly the tool I needed. Thank you so much!

Glad you like it!

Nice. Also, I'd like to see weight as one of the filter/sort options.

I'm working on adding that and glossy/matte screen.
