In 3978, human refugee George Taylor fled from Ape City with his newly acquired mate, Nova. During the course of several days, Taylor believed that he had been living on a strange, alien world. Following the shoreline, he came upon the Statue's ruins and realized that he was on Earth. Worse, he deduced that the humans of his own era must have waged a global war, which paved the way for a dystopian future where humans became subservient to evolved apes.
Just in case you're not joking, that's the point of this meme. That the big reveal and emotional moment at the end of the film has been misunderstood and reduced to a plot hole

No, this is a misunderstanding. This is just an unusual rock formation. It has nothing to do with the actual statue, that still stands on Earth.
It's actually still earth and the protagonist time travelled.
They travelled to the past when only the upper half of the statue was built.
It was a different statue that looked the same. Just a coincidence. It's not that deep.

And then the apes blew up their society too. How could this happen?
And then the birds took over and ruined their society.
And then the cows. And then...I don't know, is that a slug, maybe?

Weird how the copper of the slug statue looks older than the other ones. I hope someone got fired for that blunder

Everyone forgets that the planet of apes is actually las vegas, if the camera where to go a little more to the left we would see a eiffel tower as well
Yeah, I think it's one of those artsy things they sometimes do to just confuse the viewer. In the book the eiffel tower is mentioned which makes everything more obvious.
