Can germany help me?

Hi.. I am 24 year old serving in airforce in a non EU country. Not russia, I am gay and have come out officially in 2022. My fellow military men were discriminating against me by insulting, harassing and even physically harming me on 4 different ocassions. Faced close arrest for a total of 4 days without any offence of my own within military not any criminal court. It is suffocating for me to continue in airforce therefore i applied for discharge from service on same grounds. But Guess what, they sent me to psychiatric ward for my mental checkup and tried to diagnose me with some made-up disorders so that i keep my mouth shut. Thanks to the psychiatrist who listened to my situation and let me leave the psychiatric facility. After all this ..they denied me Discharge from service and forcing me to keep quiet and tolerate whatever is happening to me because it's my fault that i am "unnatural" and needs to be disciplined. They are abusing me yet not ready to leave me alone for their false pride.

I am left with no choice but to escape from here. Europe as a whole is quite liberal and respects democratic values and freedom of choice. Should i come to germany and ask for asylum. My case is genuine and i have sufficient evidences for my claims. I hope your country will help me.

What exactly DO GERMANS think about my case. Whatever it is ...i respect your oipnion. Recent aricles suggests that german people are not in favour of granting protection or asylum. I genuinely want to know if I'll be given a chance to integrate in german community.

Also to note If anyone in anyway can help me..please let me know. I'll be grateful.

The news articles are a bit over-exaggerated. The general atmosphere has shifted a bit, yes. If I were you, I wouldn't try rural east Germany. But I think you'd be fine in the big cities and even a lot of the rural parts.

I think the government has some information ready for foreigners on the internet. You need to find out if you qualify for asylum, or maybe even a work visa or some special program. There are some general rules and some specifics depending on country and your profession. I'm sorry, I don't know any lawyers. Maybe find some non-profit organzation which specializes in that? They should have some contact info ready.

Pro Asyl might be a first point of call.

Mir fällt da spontan nur Pro Asyl ein. Die haben bestimmt Kontakte zu Anwälten die sich mit sowas auskennen.
