On Windows or Linux? I don't have this issue on either my desktop or my laptop, nor do I know of anyone else with that problem.

I can say that turing cards with Linux have been unstable with the 570.124 drivers. All kinds of errors in the system logs after a short period. I had to downgrade to 570.86, and even that is problematic, though less frequently.
Good reminder of the number of times I have I regretted going nvidia.
The driver issue was on Windows for me. Haven't updated the Linux driver since then
Unless you absolutely need CUDA for AI workloads, I only recommend AMD for Linux at this point
I don't know. I haven't any problems in 572.60 so far in my RTX 3070. Oh they released another one yesterday. What the hell is happening..
I had the same problem with AMD drivers on Windows. Make sure you check the filesystem after a crash while updating drivers even if Windows tells you that it's not necessary.
Also happens when using DP with my 3080. Had to rollback drivers and haven't updated since
Got 3060 in a laptop. Updating is like a box of chocolate. You never know what will break.
On the other hand.. 6800XT in my desktop. No issues whatsoever in the last 4 years. It just works since I installed it.
