LGBTQ+ rights are under attack across the world.

Respect the people who belong here. If you're confused what that means, here's a minor primer:
No asking to date trans people or otherwise meet up with them. No treating being transgender as a mental illness or as being lesser in any way. No arguing with trans people about their identity. No arguing with trans people about their vulnerabilities, including anything related to sports, laws, etc. This includes anything else that the mod team deems disrespectful.
- Stay on topic!
Posts should be related to the defense, advocacy, and restoration of LGBTQ+ rights.
This Community is for news regarding, as well as the discussion of, anti LGBTQ+ laws, hate crimes, and propaganda.

If this law ever went national then former Representative Trey Gowdy would be severely affected.
Of course they do the evil "we're not technically making it illegal, we're just empowering people to sue you over it" thing that Texas popularized. I love using the civil legal system as punishment, so great!

Fortunately you don't need a haircut to have long hair. Kinda the opposite, actually.
Well that will make me identify as a problem, hair is fucking hair (this is not at you) it grows, I happen to look good with long hair and its not my fault that my genes dont make me lose it. Your (again not you) just over all problems of living inside your body make you have more in common with those you persecute then with those that fund your hate. To maintain the 'status quo' by itself denies yourself the freedom to be yourself. Quit it, thinking of others doesnt make you weak, it makes you able to see you are nothing in the whole scheme of things, but together we could be something.
