I've gone through a few border crossings here and there, and the one across from Gananoque, ON - Alexandria Bay and Ogdensburg, NY was fully Trump country and I'd expect the same for Prairie border towns.
Other border towns like Blaine, WA across from Surrey, BC I'm more sympathetic to though.

You need to read the contract before you sign it, buddy. I haven't seen a shipping contract that doesn't include a section about a fuel surcharge in decades.
