I'm downloading a torrent which has an entire series collection but I'm downloading it season by season instead of all in one so I can watch it while the rest downloads in the background.

I'd like to know if there's a way to move completed downloads in the content tab of qbittorrent to another location of my choosing.

I can't catch you at all, but you can move file from download folder to another like other files

I do not think that there is any option beside default automatic relocation upon torrent download completion. You can create symbolic link/shortcut manually.
