I just follow #cats #catsofMastodon , #caturday. I am also following many accounts but it will be difficult for me to say which ones. As you browse posts under these hashtags, you can checkout different accounts that are posting using these hashtags and follow them. When I am in the mood to browse cat posts I just browse the different hashtags and interact with the posters.
