I'm looking something the can download mp3 from Spotify. All the direct download sites in the mega thread don't have what I'm looking for. All the web app just scrap youtube and keep getting wrong songs or covers. And I'm to stupid to get any of the pc apps to work with out a step by step guide.

You can use Spotrip. The original developer made his code private in fear of DMCA takedowns, but there are a few forks around.

SpotiFlyer is the one I keep around, though I don't use it much. I just remember coming across it on Reddit and it works well.

There's another app named soundbound from the same developer...Need to install extensions to download songs from different sources..

get a student discount and pay only 50%
transfer all music from spotify, soundcloud, yt music to tidal
downloaded the whole music collection in highest res flac format through tidal-dl
cancel subscrption
repeat once a year
