We have a socdem health minister now and I got to admit he is doing something quite good. He wants to cap supplemental wages that specialist doctors can charge patients, effectively making their treatments cheaper for everyone.
The doctors are throwing an absolute rage fit right now though. Wankers.

It feels like I'm rediscovering my life a bit lately. I have been really outgoing, even initiating stuff. I noticed just now how I have been kinda avoiding that for the past year or two. Maybe my mental health wasn't in such a good place after all.
Not really sure what changed exactly. But I'm glad it did.
City hall was flying an Israeli flag today and people rightfully got mad about it. Hope they, or someone, takes it down asap.
Woke up today, did everything I usually do at the usual pace for work. Got to work and wondered why everyone was so busy already. Turns out I was half an hour late. Didn't notice it during the entire prep. No idea what happened there.

Actually I can file claims like that the second I leave for work from my house. There was this guy some years ago who went to the pub after work and had a accident after leaving the pub and it was recognized as a work place accident lol. Truly amazing, that.
The perks of working in a ghetto part of a big city is that once you decide to take a walk during your break you can play the fun game of dodging left over needles on the sidewalk. Keeps you focussed.
Brussels police are mad because a cop got arrested for driving 40km/h through a public park, without sirenes or flashlights, killing the kid. You have to have serious issues while working at the police.

lol US military parade is terrible, its almost comically bad when compared to a chinese parade.
So a drunk old driver was stopped by the police in my city. The guy confronted them after they asked to take the alcohol test, he then went out of his car, he opened the rear and apparently he transported some beehives. The bees immediately attacked the police.
Maybe bees think ACAB.

Spent my afternoon chilling in a park in the city. People just hanging around, sharing some drinks, some food. Some people started a random Zumba class with music there. Just peaceful. Why can't life always be like this? Just chilling with eachother.
The park is in the middle of the Jewish district and it's interesting to see, visibly, the way the community works out its internal contradictions. There is an increase of Jewish people stepping away from the ultra conservatism that is prevalent. And all the while there is no external pressure on them to do so.
I probably have undiagnosed ADHD and I feel like caffeine helps with my symptoms. I become more productive on energy drinks, and more talkable. I can see why some people abuse drugs.
Gotta love uppers for that. Though if you are also prone to substance abuse it is a risky slope. I had problems with adderall because of that because I'd take multiple doses at once lol.
I've been ruined by manga and indie comic books. Mainstream Marvel stories just feel childish now.
Stories from manga/indie comic books/manwha are far superior to Marvel stories in story telling. That's why I subscribed to Webtoon because I will find some good stuff there.
