Poems by Parnia Abbasi, a 23-year-old Iranian poet killed by Israel today
The Extinguished Star
I wept for the both
for you
and for me
you blow at
the stars, my tears
in your world
the freedom of light
in mine
The chase of shadows
you and I will come to an end
somewhere
the most beautiful poem in the world
falls quiet
you begin
somewhere
to cry the
murmur of life
but I will end
I burn
I’ll be that extinguished star
In your sky
like smoke
"Ben Gurion" Airport closed down "until further notice"
Libs: please someone help Gaza people are dying!
Iran: actually fires missiles at Israel
Libs: nooo please not like that both sides bad
For the love of God grow a spine for once
Libs are insufferably propagandized.
Going to call everyone opposing Iran anti-islamic from now on
Most Moral Army
That is title is reserved for the Yemeni, Ansarallah.
Oh sorry... 😔
Still alive - last night was a shitshow (Tehran was constantly fighting AD)
Iranian Air Defense is fucking phenomenal -- after the first blunder, they have completely taken back the skies and secured the air space
(Where the fuck are the people who said Iranian AD was "Destroyed"? I expect apologies in my mailbox)
Now it's just Israel taking hits. Also, a couple of F16 and F35 where shot down, and Iran has said 8 planes were damaged in total.
Good to hear Iran is able to defend the sky again. Can't imagine what it's like living in a city being bombed. Stay safe and I hope I can visit in better times.
Last night in Tehran was INTENSE -- thankfully AD seems to have defused the threat, only very few hits seems to have made it through (On Mehrabad airport, which I am in the range of and could hear a few hits)
It sounded like a fucking thunderstorm, just AD systems firing all night
I really hope there wasn't much damage to your side. You don't deserve the suffering caused by war. On the other hand, I really hope Tel Aviv is burning. Their endless warmongering and genocide must be stopped.
Spokeperson for the Iranian atomic energy agency: " We vacated Fordow site from important equipment before the Zio strike "
Doesn't seem like the Zio strike damaged Iranian nuclear programme significantly
Natanz underground facility also reported fine
FWIW we likely wont know what was hit (and for good reason) but the lack of radiation leaking from any of the sites is a good sign. The damage seems mainly to be to leadership, which will hurt Iran's efforts but nuclear industries are built on the science and labour of thousands if not millions of people - the assassinations are just to instill terror into the political class of Iran
Iran reports minor damages to Fordow nuclear facility
📆 _Sat, 14 Jun 2025 07:21:49 GMT_TEHRAN, Jun. 14 (MNA) – A senior nuclear official in Iran has reported limited damages to the Fordow nuclear site near Qom after the Israeli regime's strikes on Friday night.
I know numbers aren't that important in war (anymore) but it blows my mind that you would pick a fight with a country that has 10x your population. Like, Iran has more reservist (reportedly) than the entire population of Israel.
Israel thinks it can rely on its daddy USA
They are relying on daddy's France, Germany and UK too. I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out in a generalized conflict. It would be crucial if Russia or NK could help Iran as well.
Relying on someone else sounds pretty commie to me idk
Eh, reservists don't matter when one side is bombing with aircraft and the other with missiles. But more population can equal more production which could be definitive if the war drags out
Neither aircraft nor missiles win wars. Ground troops do. Everything else is just support.
Yes, but don't forget the West is waging a war of destruction. Even if they are unable to capture the Iranian or other countries' territories, they still achieve their goals by crippling their enemies' infrastructure.

@Pataramesh 1h
Clash report is now understanding that Iranian missiles have boosters and re-entry vehicles
Israel often intercepts just such useless boosters They glow up upon re-entry
@WideAsleepNima 12h Just now, @OrenCNN mentioned that Iranian "missiles have, at least to some extent, gotten through [to Tel Aviv] where Israel has not only a lot of its population, but also where Israel has some of its most critical military bases," without calling Israeli civilians human shields

@zei_squirrel 3h they're not even hiding it btw. They openly and proudly admit they intentionally embedded their military and intel headquarters and assets deep in civilian areas to use them all as actual human shields. Every genocidal Zionist accusation is a confession: (video)

A few new photos that's all. I'm assuming this is all for a bit? That's more cautious than the people giving Sephiroth speeches about Iranian cowardice have been, right? I can log off now? Is this how the Israelis feel? Tense?
