It isn't a cease fire. Its an offer for israel to capitulate and give up on trying to stop Iran for gaining nuclear weapons.

I think its being done to appease Russia.

From what I heard from a geopolitical analyst, in a prolonged attrition war, Israel will be in disadvantage. It has a smaller territory and less redundant critical infrastructure, such as oil refineries, power plants and factories. So their only hope is to draw the US in full force to the war.

Can't help but feel this is under reported or something. Like, most Dutch left wing channels I follow barely mention what's happening apart from maybe 1 or 2 posts. Am I making too big a deal out of it or do they not care enough?
