Apparently, for reals, the LAPD was complaining about being hit by rubber bullets fired by the LA Sheriffs Department during the No Kings protests. And earlier, LASD was gassed by the LAPD because LAPD shot before the sheriffs had their gas masks on.

LASD was furious when LAPD copied their "rubber bullet no-look trickshots into protesters faces" TikToks.

I know it's The Onion but... If the target (and all obstacles if ricocheting the bullets off things) is just a target and not actually a person, that actually sounds pretty dope.

It's actually more about having a competent law enforcement system. The manner of American police is arguably on par with, if not indistinguishable from warlord countries in Africa.
