Any self hosted rss apps that can filter titles and send webhooks? (alien.top)

I was looking at something like inoreader. You can make automation rules, tagging, filtering, and you can send notifications via email or web hooks if an article meets whatever condition you filter for. I also like their web front end.

Does anything like that exist in the self hosted space?

I've been using FreshRSS with Huginn for this, but not super happy with the setup, very versatile but too involved for my taste. Looking forward to see what recommendations you'll get here!
