Cardiac arrest, apparently no foul play thought. But 67 is darn young to die of cardiac arrest unless, e.g. he's diabetic (lack of insulin breaking down sugars mean it builds up around the body compressing arteries), drugs, alcoholism, or genetic

The actor also had a notable role in the Free Willy film series as Glen Greenwood, the adoptive father of main character Jesse Greenwood – portrayed by Jason James Richter in the initial three films from 1993 to 1997. He made appearances in Thelma And Louise and Donnie Brasco, as well as featuring in Die Another Day, part of the James Bond franchise.

My understanding is it's also possible as a somewhat random event, though more likely with older people, or with conditions (e.g. Underlying arrythmias, arterial disease, etc).
