Engine failure caused him to decend too fast on landing and start turning off of the final approach path, leading to crash on top of hangar.

And why isn’t the damage to the building behind the plane? I suppose it could have impacted and then spun around. Though the plane is in pretty good shape to have done that much damage to the building.
