Well, I use it constantly now, when I visit Brisbane. For decades I've barely touched it due to the outrageous costs.
We even park on the outskirts now, and take our luggage on the train, rather than park and fight city traffic. To me, that was a ridiculous idea only a few years ago.
What is success? I suspect getting people out of cars, and onto PT.
In that case, it's successful.
