I tell you what: we don't scream and stomp until 4 in the morning, bothering neighbors. We sleep at night. Sleep. At night. All night. Right from the very beginning of the night. Imagine, scream-stomper?
No, instead y'all stomp around at 8 in the morning, and mow your lawns at 7 in the morning, rudely walking up night shifters...
It's currently 8:36 am here and I'm having second breakfast.
Lunch is a concept. Any meal can be lunch if you're willing.
That‘s what I call good timing.

Guys will do everything in order to skip breakfast in the morning.
If you cook a full meal for breakfast does it turn into a lunch?
The same day is the time between your main sleeping moment.
Breakfast is the meal you have before lunch on the same day.
Lunch is the meal you have before dinner on the same day.
Dinner is the meal you have after lunch on the same day.
If you have only one meal a day its none of the above and just called having “food”.

Too early if I'm left to my own devices. Which nowadays is only if I have someone to babysit, otherwise my baby will climb over from her bed to mine and plant her full diaper in my face between 7 and 11:30 depending on her mood
It is but it's perfectly on time for second breakfast.
But then it's an awful long time until elevenses.
Just enough time for morning tea. Then brunch, then elevenses.
