I call it simulated chicken, it ain't chicken in any meaningful way but it kinda looks like and taste like chicken. Synthetic or lab grown would be its own thing since it'd basically just be meat that was never attached to a sentient.
Which tells you that you could stand to read more, and declare less aloud prior to seeking that sense you're in need of. 🙃
