Yes. His beauty pageants (and probably many in general) served as trafficking operations, and all the adults involved knew it.
Beauty pagents are just kinda creepy in general. It's a bunch of women (or children, in Trump's case) who won the genetic lottery being forced to jump through hoops in order to earn a scholarship.
