Is there anywhere near Seattle that does traditional kolsch service? I’m talking traditional slender glasses (stange), refills nonstop, bringing them out on the traditional trays (kranz) until I put a coaster on top? Any insight? I loved this in Germany and really want to bring friends to experience it, but I don’t want to have to take them to Germany to do it.
